Upon placing the order, please allow us up to 5-7 business days to have your order processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You can visit our site after you received your tracking number by email to check your order status. Just click on the Track Your Order page on the main or on the footer menu for real-time updates on your shipment.
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands and a restocking fee of 30% will apply to orders over $50 (CAD). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
Querycomp would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective.
We can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.

Only products purchased on Querycomp may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit. Costs to return items to Querycomp are the responsibility of the customer if it does not qualify as a damaged or defective product.
Our warehouses are located in North America. For domestic orders in the United States or Canada it will normally take 7 to 14 business days. Due to high demand on other international orders, please allow us to up 2-4 weeks.
Officially, we currently only ship to the United States and Canada. If you are located in any country not listed above and would like a product featured on our website, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will see if we can arrange for shipment to your respective country.
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
